Cadence Alu 93,
our best value profile.

The thermal-break Alu 93 profile lets through less than half the heat the NBC 2020 allows, and its CW-PG70 class qualifies it for mid- and high-rise buildings, condos and offices, where wind loads increase with height.

U-factor
0.85 W/m²·K, thermal-break Alu 93 profile. That's 54% below the NBC 2020 ceiling of 1.84 W/m²·K (verified to CSA A440.2:19).
Warranty
20 yr Twenty years on sealed glass units and welded aluminium frames; ten years on hardware, EPDM seals, and finish, warranties managed by Cadence.
Energy Rating
40 Alu and Hybrid fixed units reach an Energy Rating of 40 per CSA A440.2:19, the highest in the collection.
Structural class
CW-PG70 Top NAFS class on our composite assemblies (up to CW-PG80 on certain stand-alone fixed windows), for mid- and high-rise buildings.

/04 Built into every unit

Warrantied products,
sealed for Canadian winters.

  • 10- to 20-year warranties

Sealed glass units and welded aluminium frames are warrantied 20 years; German hardware, EPDM seals, and AkzoNobel powder-coat paint (AAMA-compliant), 10 years. A higher grade (AAMA 2604 or 2605, per project) extends paint coverage to 20 years. Every warranty is managed by Cadence.

  • German Roto hardware

Multi-point locking Roto hardware on every operable sash, factory-fitted and warrantied with the frame. Smooth tilt & turn action, tight compression, and serious security.

  • EPDM weather seals

Dual EPDM rubber gaskets seal each frame against air and water. Unlike foam, EPDM stays flexible for decades, no hardening, shrinking, or cracking through Canadian winters.
